Registration and Model Forms for ModelCon
There are two forms here. The first is the registration form. This is the one that you need to email to us for pre-registration and the $3 discount. It should be emailed to Mike Moore at maxwinthrop@yahoo.com. Or, you can fill it out and bring it with you. Remember, if you pre-register, you can still change your entries on the day of the show...

The second form is the model forms that will be placed on the table with your models. There are three model forms per sheet. You need one per model.
